Help English Learners Cope with Your Lessons

The Top Navigation Bar

File ▼

File Handler. This drop-down button lets you open and save your lesson plans.

Create a folder for your documents. If you want them to be accessible from a classroom or auditorium as well as from home, you might want to keep the folder in the cloud.

Note: All lesson plan file names must end in .pro.

Teach

Transform Lesson to Teaching Mode. In teaching mode, your lesson document becomes an active web page. Any time you press the right arrow (or the Next button on a touch screen), your next hotspot is sent to the chat room and/or the kiosk. See Hotspots.

Edit

Transform Lesson to Edit Mode. In edit mode, your lesson document becomes a word processor. This mode opens three rows of editor commands that control styles and enable you to designate content that you want sent to the kiosk or chat room. See Hotspots.

Explore

Open Playground in New Window. We have prepared a special copy of the app with a sample lesson plan. It lets you test the editor and teaching modes with sample hotspots and styles. Click Explore to open a new fully functional web page.

Show/Hide the Chat Room. This flashes when someone adds a message to the chat room. If your screen is wide enough, the chat column will stay open beside your lesson plan.

Show/Hide the Kiosk. Toggles displaying pictures on an external screen or TV. The screen area has an adjustable width to accommodate video platforms like Zoom.

Show the QR code. Displays the QR code on the Kiosk and inside the teacher's chat room for students to scan with their devices.
